How did you start?

Jim and Kevin started in the MWI system in October 2006. Since then, they have done multiple deals from development to Condo Conversions. Jim said. “What impressed about MWI was Mike’s integrity and that he partners with his students”.

How have you shared with others?

Jim and Kevin now have 18 members on their investing team. Their team members find, evaluate, and help finance deals on a regular basis.

Using the MWI system, these two investors were extremely successful, and decided that they had the responsibility to share their wealth with those close to them. Kevin recently said, “MWI has shown us that it is better to give than to receive, and that there is an abundance of great deals, you just have to know where to find them”.
