Right after attending his first MWI, Todd completed 7 deals in 7 months, with profits of nearly $100,000! Todd says, “I have made a very good living using the system and tweaking it to my local market.”

How did you start?

Todd attended his first MWI event in early 2007.

Todd says, “I am 22 years old and a college drop out. This January I was working at domino’s pizza for $7.00 per hour as a manager. I did not have much money, but decided to give the MWI camp a try.

When I attended Mike’s free seminar, I was a brand new agent, and struggling financially. This system has quickly given me freedom and huge profits. Mike’s system truly works in my North Tampa market. Since the seminar, I have completed 7 deals in 7 months. I have made $98,000, and created $300,000 in equity positions. My peers have a whole new respect for me, and I am living my dream.

Mike’s training does not make me run faster or jump higher… It makes me work smarter…. I do anything it takes to get the deal! I am so thankful for this system that has allowed me to get out of my dead end hole.

How have you shared with others?

Todd is sharing by teaching the MWI system to others. He is one of the coaches for the MWI “Call-A-Coach” program.

Todd says, “I love the Call A Coach program.  My favorite kind of calls is the people getting started. They have the energy and desire to do whatever it takes. They have a game plan together and need help following through. I like to coach them into starting the plan, role-play conversations, and give them insight to some non-compete methods to stand out in their market.”
